In the name

Yes, us apostolic believe in baptizing in the name of Jesus rather than in the titles of his name. I was baptized both ways. The first time in the titles many years ago when I first became a Christian and years later in Jesus' name. 

We have a purpose

Sometimes I wish I was more modest in my dress but I love my blue jeans. Yes I am Pentecostal and many Pentecostal ladies wear dresses all the time which is great.

Good morning. I just got done reading my bible and having my coffee. 

 Today's word is trust.

"Trust in the Lord with all your heart,
And lean not on your own understanding.

In all your ways acknowledge Him,
And He shall direct your paths." Proverbs 3:5-6

 

Good Morning

 I have been up for a few hours already. Took a shower and got dressed, had my coffee, read my Bible, went online. Normal morning. Today my nurse comes to take care of my leg. Someday this week I will have therapy and start walking. Praise The Lord!

Rejoice

 "Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice!  Let your gentleness be evident to all. The Lord is near.  Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God" Philippians 4:4-6

Be Happy

" But may the righteous be glad and rejoice before God; may they be happy and joyful."      Psalm 68:3  

The Lord wants us to be happy. He doesn't want his children to be sad and unhappy.
